In your Admin menu select 'Design' to see the options available to personalize your account. At the bottom of this section are the available themes.

You have the ability to choose from five different themes, each of which will provide a different look and feel to your dashboard, online meeting room and login portal.


To update your company account theme:

  1. Click on your preferred design
  2. Click save
  3. Refresh the page to see the changes

To update your company account colors:

  1. Click on the current primary or accent color
  2. Choose your preferred color from the color picker or
    Type or paste in the HEX code
  3. Click save
  4. Refresh the page to see the changes

These settings are not available with every susbcription


When considering the design for your company’s site, it’s important to assess the accessibility options you’re providing for everyone who may access it. In this case, accessibility refers to the perceivability of the design that you’re choosing. Using colors that contrast the values of the surrounding elements well make it easier for the user to differentiate between different interface components, such as a button on a background or text in a box.

Examples of accessible and inaccessible design:

This dark color contrasts well with the white around it, allowing for easy access to this site.

It’s very easy for these lighter color elements to fade into the white beside them, making it inaccessible for some users.
